For Listing users, we collect property details including address, size, configuration, and specialty features. We also collect payment information through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: search for matching warehouses, facilitate introductions with warehouse operators, publish and promote your listings on our marketplace, process payments, and communicate service updates. We may share your requirements with potential warehouse matches, and we may share your listing information with potential tenants searching for space.

3. Data Sharing

For Qsearch™ users: We share your contact and requirement information with warehouse operators who match your search criteria. For Listing users: Your listing information (including address, space details, and contact information) will be displayed on our marketplace and may be shared with potential tenants. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. For Listings, you may request removal of your listing at any time. We will respond within 30 days.
